CORDIAL GATHERING WITH THE MAYOR OF TA’ XBIEX

As part of the various initiatives aimed at promoting dialogue and collaboration with the local authorities, the Embassy of Italy organised a cordial gathering with the Mayor of Ta’ Xbiex, Max Zammit.

The event was held at “Villa Bel Air”, the residence of the Italian Ambassador, and was attended by Ambassadors, Charges d’Affaires and various representatives of diplomatic missions situated in Ta’ Xbiex. Ambassador De Vito thanked the Mayor for his presence and the local council for its constant collaboration with the various embassies and diplomatic residences located in Ta’ Xbiex.

A plaque was also unveiled thanking two Italian companies (MDM Costruzioni Generali di Salerno, represented by Architect Lambiase, and MT.R Contracting Limited, represented by Dr. Filomena Capriata and Mr. Giuseppe Pelly) for financing and carrying out the maintenance works of the pavement outside the Italian residence.
