Consular Services and Visas
Consular services are provided according to the principles of equality, impartiality, efficiency and transparency.
The reception of the public at the Consulate Offices takes place only by appointment, to be requested by email to the competent address for the matter (see list of email addresses below), from 8.30 to 12.30 from Monday to Friday:

- issuance of PASSPORTS, please download and fill out the forms from the Embassy website FORMS and then send the complete request for documentation exclusively by email to the address pass.lavalletta@esteri.it
- issuance of IDENTITY CARDS (CIE), please download and fill out the forms from the Embassy website FORMS and then send the complete request for documentation exclusively by email to the address: ci_ambmalt@esteri.it
- AIRE registration (new registration, change of address, etc.) please proceed to create a user account via the FAST IT portal via the Consular Services Online website and then send an email to aire.lavalletta@esteri.it
- CIVIL STATUS documents (birth, marriage, civil union, death, separation, divorce) please download and fill in the forms from the Embassy website FORMS and send the documentation via email to statociv.lavalletta@esteri.it
