The Italian Embassy in Malta had the pleasure of celebrating Republic Day together with the Italian community, Maltese authorities, and numerous guests.
This anniversary represents a significant moment to remember the democratic journey undertaken by Italy since the referendum of June 2, 1946, which marked the beginning of a new phase in our national history.
Republic Day is also an opportunity to reaffirm the values of participation, cohesion, and freedom that characterize the Italian identity and strengthen dialogue between peoples.
